8 Connect is a builder at heart. We ship our own products, incubate ventures and advise clients — which means the work is varied and the impact of any one person is visible.
We keep teams small and communication direct. You will not spend your days in process for its own sake; you will spend them close to the problem, with the autonomy to solve it well.
Honesty over hype
We would rather set realistic expectations and deliver than overpromise. That applies internally as much as with clients.
Learning in the open
Because we build and run our own products, there is room to experiment, measure honestly and learn from what did not work.

People who take ownership
Titles matter less to us than how you approach problems. We tend to get on well with people who are curious, take responsibility for outcomes, communicate honestly and care about doing the work properly.
